The National Congress of Chinese Canadians (NCCC) was formally established in 1992, following the National Conference of Chinese Canadians held in Toronto in 1991. As the first nationwide organization representing Chinese Canadians, the NCCC has been committed to uniting Chinese Canadian communities, safeguarding their rights, encouraging civic engagement, and contributing to Canada’s multicultural development.
